Negar Akhundi- her buyer loved the interior and finishes but there was too much road noise for him.  

 

10/5 - Open House 9 parties through.The home showed well. It was overcast so there was no view. Three potentially interested buyers. One couple the wife was a broker. They are currently living in Aliso Viejo and are thinking about making the move to Laguna. They loved the home but I think it was a little out of their budget. Another Buyer was a couple that is looking for a second home they can rent out while they are not using. I provided them all the information regarding the HOA and rents expenses and income. I spoke with them again 10/7 and they are going to touch base tomorrow. The neighbor from across the way, Scott and his boyfriend came to meet me and see the property for a second time. He is interested but feels it is priced a little high. They are thinking about purchasing this instead of spending $1m on an adu for their guests. I explained that an ADU has no resale value for them unless they sold their home and they liked that angle. I am staying in contact with them and will let them know of activity. 

 

10/7 Showing Ron & Paula. They are renting down the street and have been wanting the see the home. I showed them today. They loved the home but he was not sure he could deal with the road noise. He is thinking about it. I will follow up with him in a few days to see where they are at. 

 

10/9 Casey Lesher- His clients are interested but not in a huge hurry. We will continue to follow up.

 

10/24 Andrea Ballesteros- it was the buyers’ favorite home they saw but they are in the very early stages of looking and not ready to commit

 

10/26 Open House- 3 parties through, one was just looking, one was from Irvine and needed more space, and the last one was from Newport Coast and liked it but her kids’ school is in NC so she is weighing her options. We are in contact with her agent. 

 

11/2 Open House- slow day, only one party through

 

11/9 Kelly Brochu- her clients are going to think about it. Their initial feedback is that they would like more storage and they weren’t sure about the open closet in the primary.

 

11/16 Open House- Only three visitors all day, one couple who were just cruising by and thought they’d take a look. Then a single gentleman from the East Coast who’s renting nearby dropped by asking if there were any three bedrooms homes available under $2m in LB. They all had very positive things to say about the home itself, but the traffic was a common issue.

 

9/30-  Created lead capturing website and created google business product and linked with lead capturing website

 

9/30- Just Listed post on all social media channels
